We offer Halal and Vegan products for your hair. Please ask our Customer Service team or your stylist during consultation to confirm.

Is There a Consultation Fee?

Consultation is FREE. Visit us from Monday- Thursdays, we’ll be happy to check your hair/skin for you.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Samsung Pay and GrabPay.

Do I Need to Book An Appointment?

Walk-ins are very much welcome! Though if you wish to secure a slot and avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend to book in advance, especially on Fridays and weekends. For reservations, it is best to reach us through WhatsApp or Phone calls at (+60)186 69 2000 and online booking.

Do You Acommodate Late Arrives?

We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.
